Eater is releasing their first-ever cookbook – 100 Essential Restaurant Recipes From the Authority on Where to Eat and Why It Matters — and is making its way through our Ace outposts for a month of good eats across state lines. First we've invited them into Ace Brooklyn’s Demo Kitchen to whip up breakfast for dinner featuring Momofukuku veteran and chef-owner of Golden Diner, Sam Yoo.
