November arrives with crisp weather. We should start to see the absolute best conditions to run through the city with leaves on the ground, all the colours in the parks and the temperature starting to dip down. My favourite combination of gear this time of year is the Turnover Half Tights, Session Tee and Inverno Gloves. Styled together, they strike that right balance between hot and cold! Some of our seasonal festivities are fast approaching, from community runs to Trackhouse events. If you are new to running, there are plenty of opportunities to join your first run with us and as always, please reach out if you're ever in need of guidance. Morning miles on Friday is a great introductory way to get started, a loop of the park at a very social pace, finishing with a coffee and post run pastry as we kick start the weekend. Some monthly highlights in November - we head to Windsor for our long run away day. We are offering one set distance with many pace groups on offer as we run around the castle. Windsor, if you didn't know, is one of the homes of the Royal Family. At the end of the month we celebrate Thanksgiving at the Trackhouse. Although a US tradition, we honour the same spirit and trot our own 5k followed by traditional American treats back at the Trackhouse. It's very wholesome and warm. Scroll down for more of an overview of the month ahead and notes from Retail.
