As we head into the 2027 season, we've made a small update to our Return & Refund Policy that helps us keep delivering the products you love while keeping prices as affordable as we can.

Our return windows remain completely unchanged, including our industry-leading 1-year return policy on all seed products and our flexible options for hard goods.

What's changing:

We'll continue to provide a prepaid return shipping label to make returns easy. Going forward, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund after your return is received and processed.

This update helps offset increasing shipping costs so we can continue investing in better products instead of passing those costs directly on to our customers while also reducing unnecessary shipping.

For added flexibility, Checkout+ is available as an optional add-on at checkout.

With Checkout+, you'll get:

• Free return shipping so you'll never pay return label costs.
• Package protection for loss, damage, or theft during transit.

Greenhouse members are already covered. Checkout+ is included with your Greenhouse membership, so you'll automatically receive free return shipping and package protection on eligible orders at no additional cost.
