Time: 20 Minutes prep + 6 hours freezing time | Serves: 6 popsicles
Ingredients:
Red Layer:
- 10 frozen organic cherries
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 scoop WonderCow Elderberry Colostrum
White Layer:
- 1/4 cup Alexandre A2/A2 Organic 6% Whole Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Alexandre A2/A2 Organic 4% Whole Milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Blue Layer:
- 1/4 cup Alexandre 6% Whole Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Alexandre 4% Whole Milk
- 1 scoop WonderCow Elderberry Colostrum
- 1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Red Layer
In a small blender, combine frozen cherries, water, and Elderberry Colostrum. Blend until smooth. Evenly distribute mixture into 6 popsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours, or until fully set.
2. Prepare the White Layer
In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, and maple syrup until well combined. Remove molds from freezer and carefully pour white mixture over frozen red layer. Insert popsicle sticks, ensuring they reach just into solid red layer. Return the molds to the freezer for another 2 hours, or until fully solidified.
3. Prepare the Blue Layer:
In a small blender or bowl, combine yogurt, milk, Elderberry Colostrum, and blue spirulina powder. Blend or whisk until smooth. Remove molds from freezer and gently pour blue mixture over white layer, being careful to pour around popsicle sticks. Freeze for 2 more hours, or until completely firm.
To Serve:
Remove popsicles from molds and enjoy! Store extras in an airtight container and freeze.
