| Nutrition-Tracking Apps Keeping a food journal is one of the fundamental strategies for feeling grounded in our food choices throughout the day. But where a hand-written log is designed to help us slow down, meditate, and take dedicated time for mindfulness, phone apps like MyFitness Pal, Cronometer, Noom, and Fitbit help you track calories, macros, and water intake on-the-go.
Bonus features like barcode scanning, recipe building, AI analytics, and integration with wearables like smart watches help ensure your data is accurate and your nutrition goals are in alignment with your unique lifestyle. |

Natural Products Expo West was a whirlwind week for our team—introducing our A2/A2 organic milk to retailers nationwide while reconnecting with brands and farmers across the natural foods space.
Stephanie Alexandre led the charge, sharing excitement around our recent Edacious Food Lab results and highlighting the verified nutrient density of our dairy products at every opportunity. |
