However, we are writing today to sincerely apologize for the delays you are experiencing with your preorders.
While we prepared for high demand, we have encountered unexpected complications regarding logistics and new government tariffs. Currently, our main shipping containers have been held by customs authorities. This is an external issue we are fighting hard to resolve, but it has halted our ability to restock at our usual speed.
Here is the current status for both 30ml and 50ml orders:
- The situation is fluid: We are managing complications on an hour-by-hour basis to release our stock.
- Partial Shipments: We are currently receiving small, partial shipments. As soon as these boxes arrive at our warehouse, our team turns them around and ships them out immediately.
- First-Come, First-Served: All orders are being fulfilled in the exact order they were received.
