AMD Spartan™ UltraScale+™ SU200P FPGAs
AMD Spartan™ UltraScale+™ SU200P FPGAs are entering production in July 2026! Designed for data center baseboard management controllers, network switches, and industrial, medical, and embedded edge applications, the SU200P device is bigger, smarter, scalable, and more secure than prior AMD Spartan FPGA generations.

Key highlights:

  • Bigger: Increased logic density and memory resources support larger designs and more demanding workloads.
  • Smarter: Integrated hard IP blocks (LPDDR4X/5/5X and PCIe® Gen4) and the AMD MicroBlaze™ V processor accelerate application development while improving system efficiency.
  • Scalable: Package-compatible across Spartan UltraScale+ and AMD Kintex™ UltraScale+ Gen 2 families, with 3.3V and high-performance I/O support, enabling flexible designs while preserving board investments.
  • More Secure: Built-in hardware security features with secure boot, PQC-ready capabilities, firmware authentication, PUF, and TRNG for enhanced protection versus previous generations¹
