I'm writing you today with an important message. 

As many of you know, we are a small, two man operation here in Napa CA. We began Archival nearly one year ago with a meager amount of money we had saved up, a small loan from my mom, and a credit card. 

A lot of people laughed. They said we'd fail. "You're crazy...in this market?! Good luck, pal."

Undeterred...but a bit nervous, we put it all on the line and bought some of the best barrels we could find.

And the bet paid off. 

Those initial releases, and the ones that followed, proved the haters wrong.

Man, that feels good.

So THANK YOU all for the support. Seriously. It's been fun. Rewarding. Stressful. All the things.

Yes, the wines are special, but so are the connections we've made with many of you. That keeps us motivated and excited to charge forward in the face of strong headwinds. 

But growing fast comes with challenges. 

Operating a small, independent wine business like this means there's a tide of cashflow going in and out as inventory cycles.  

Remarkable wines appear without warning. And more than once an incredible opportunity slipped away because we lacked the capital.

In this current market, banks are not so keen on lending to young wine businesses, no matter how handsome the owners are. So instead, we wanted to turn to the Archivists themselves (that's you).

Those who believe in what we are building. 

So here's the rub. 

To support the continued expansion of the Archive, and help us land some incredible lots we're currently pursuing, we're offering a little "fundraiser" of sorts.

You have two options.

Both get you access to the "Arcanum". A secret page with the very last bottles of past releases. Currently we have 44 cases of previous releases ready to drop. Not *every* release - sadly there won't be any Odyssey - but a lot of your favorites will make an appearance. And in the future, we'll be saving a few cases of each release to occasionally replenish the Arcanum.

1. The "Warden" - For $1000 you receive $1100 in account credits to use on any future purchases. 

2. The "Regent" - For $500 you'll get $550 account credits to use on any future purchases.
Both options get you a bonus 10% to use. Good deal! But wait, there's more...and it's not a free corkscrew. 

Lastly, there are only 50 of each credit available. They will only be available through Sunday at midnight or until sold out.

You'll be locked in with priority early access to all future replenishments.

Anyone who purchases either level will receive an email with instructions to access to the Arcanum which will open at 8am Napa Time (PST) on Friday morning

And we have a few other ideas and surprises coming as well - maybe even a free corkscrew!
