I firmly believe that we should not make wine for the critics.
They don’t buy our wines.
You do.
Well…so far you have not. I also understand we are not just in the wine business. We’re in the trust business.
And as a young upstart, it helps to have a third party confirm what we already know. That our wines deliver on their promise. That they represent exceptional value and incredible quality.
One thing worth mentioning is that I dropped off these wines for scoring just weeks, or sometimes days after bottling — when they are not showing their best. Having opened a Kairos recently, it absolutely blew me away and I would personally put it in the 95+ range.
