The Holidays can be a lot, the gifts, the planning, the pressure to show up smiling.
This year, therapy reminded me of something simple, choose what’s truly right for you. Not selfishly, but intentionally. Slow down. Do the things that feel meaningful, not just the things that feel required.
So here’s my holiday note: take a breath before you react, choose what brings you ease & happiness, and let the season meet you where you are. Less stress, more joy.
