Jannik Sinner’s bid for a first Roland Garros crown could involve a semi-final clash with three-time champion Novak Djokovic, with both players in the top half of the draw.

The Roland Garros draw, which was carried out with the help of special guest and Paris Saint Germain football star Ousmane Dembele, presented Carlos Alcaraz with a tough start to his title defence. The second seed takes on former World No. 4 Kei Nishikori first up in the French capital.

Other notable first-round matches include include 30th seed Hubert Hurkacz against fast-rising 18-year-old Brazilian Joao Fonseca, and third seed Alexander Zverev against another #NextGenATP star, American lefty Learner Tien.

For four and a half months last year, I did not touch a racquet. It was not for a reason you might expect, though. It was because of my mental health.

When it was bad, I started to forget things. My body was in one place, but my mind was somewhere else. It would go from something as simple as nearly forgetting my racquets to suffering panic attacks.

I knew it was going too far at Roland Garros, because what was happening in my head at tournaments began affecting my life outside the court. I could not sleep well to the point that I started having nightmares. I would wake up sweating with my heart pounding, and I couldn’t breathe. It made me think I was going crazy...

Lacoste inaugurated the Novak Djokovic tennis court in his hometown of Belgrade. The court, which was renovated with a special design, celebrates Djokovic’s career.

The project was carried out in partnership with the Novak Djokovic Foundation, which develops early childhood education initiatives in Serbia to combat educational inequality from a young age. The court will be operated by the foundation as part of its educational programme.

“I am super pleased that we are able to offer this to this city and this part of the town that has a lot of families and children that are excited to try their luck with tennis,” said Djokovic. “My greatest wish is for the children to feel completely free, happy, themselves. As an athlete, there is no greater joy for me than seeing many children doing sports and being outdoors.”

It has been a season to remember for Lorenzo Musetti, on and off the court.

The Italian cracked the Top 10 of the PIF ATP Rankings for the first time this month and on Monday, he and partner Veronica Confalonieri announced on Instagram that they are expecting their second child.

"The family is growing #4," Musetti wrote in Italian.
