The semi-final lineup for the 2026 edition of Wimbledon is set! 

Roland Garros champion Alexander Zverev takes on British wild card Arthur Fery in the first semi-final Friday. In the following match, World No. 1 and defending champion Jannik Sinner will face seven-time Wimbledon winner Novak Djokovic.

“He has won this tournament so many times and he knows exactly how to approach it,” said Sinner. “I’m looking forward to it.”

The Fery-tale continues at The All England Club. Arthur Fery, who spent much of his childhood growing up in Wimbledon, is just the second wild card to reach the semi-finals at the grass-court major.

Entering the tournament, the 23-year-old had won a total of six tour-level matches. But the former Stanford University standout has not shown any fear of the moment, prevailing in back-to-back final-set tie-breaks against Zizou Bergs and Grigor Dimitrov before firing past Flavio Cobolli in the quarter-finals.

Denis Shapovalov has long been a stylish player on grass courts, but he proved it once again with a moment of magic to earn June’s Hot Shot of the Month presented by Yokohama award.

At the HSBC Championships in London, the 27-year-old Canadian drew home favourite Jack Pinnington Jones towards the net before stretching for a stunning diving volley winner that no one saw coming.

Wimbledon held a special place in the heart of Roger Federer long before the Swiss lifted his first title at the All England Club in 2003. A big reason for that was his fellow ATP No. 1 Club member Pete Sampras.

"Wimbledon is special for me because of Pete Sampras," Federer said in Part 3 of ACES: The ATP No. 1 Club docuseries. "I fell in love with its tradition, its history."

Federer and Sampras contested just one Lexus ATP Head2Head match, but that historic 2001 showdown came in the most fitting of settings: Wimbledon's Centre Court.
