Congratulations to the Ockham New Zealand Book Awards finalists! We’re proud to see three AUP titles shortlisted this year: Toi Te Mana: An Indigenous History of Māori Art by Deidre Brown and Ngarino Ellis, with Jonathan Mane-Wheoki, In the Half Light of a Dying Day by C. K. Stead and Hopurangi—Songcatcher: Poems from the Maramataka by Robert Sullivan.
This month we’re also excited to be publishing three new books, including a new biography of the artist Tony Fomison and new poetry collections from Gregory Kan and Amy Marguerite. More details on these books below.
