The Australian Whisky Embassy returns for its fourth chapter — this time with the coastal craft of Manly Spirits Co. in the room.
On Saturday 11 October, step inside Bar Tilda for a guided tasting of five unique drams, including the unreleased 6-Year Apera Sherry Cask. Alongside the pours: stories from behind the barrels, insider knowledge direct from the distillers, and the kind of access whisky lovers rarely find.
A welcome Highball, a feature Pinot Cask cocktail, and light canapés from the Bar Tilda kitchen round out the evening. But the real highlight? Rare drops. Rare company. A whisky night you won’t want to miss.
