In the Main Dining Room, our three-course choice menu takes her on a delicious journey from entree through to dessert.

If she prefers to tailor her experience even more, the brass Counter serves our à la carte menu featuring Bennelong's favourite dishes.

And if you're seeing a show this weekend, stroll into the Bennelong Bar from 12pm till late on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

What's New at Bennelong Bar

Something new is happening at Bennelong Bar, and we think you are going to love it.

We have been quietly at work on a bar snack menu that earns its place beneath these sails. The Mooloolaba yellowfin tuna crudo is the kind of dish you order once and dream about long after the last bite. Then there's the twice-baked goat's curd and Comté soufflé, both not to be missed.

Familiar favourites still hold their place, from Maremma duck pithivier, to prawn toast with fermented chilli, and the always-iconic Sydney rock oysters with lemon pepper granita.

We're also calling last drinks for The Baker & The Bartender, our popular grain-to-glass cocktail menu inspired by a trip to the bakery. From sourdough to strudel, now’s the time to revisit your favourites one last time before the next chapter arrives.

Bennelong will be trading to our usual hours across the long weekend, including the additional public holiday on Monday 27 April - we look forward to welcoming you.
