Or, settle in at The Counter with our à la carte menu, a more flexible way to dine, and take in the Vivid experience at your own pace.

Prefer something more spontaneous? Drop into the Bennelong Bar for a Vivid-inspired cocktail, created to reflect the colour and movement of the harbour after dark, alongside a selection of elevated snacks. Open late each evening, it’s an easy stop before or after a performance.

Discover Sip the Canvas, our new cocktail collection taking you through some of history’s most iconic artworks.

Sample your way through Vincent van Gogh’s Sunflowers and Starry Night, or Claude Monet’s Water Lilies series - familiar masterpieces reimagined in flavour, texture and form. From there, the story continues with Hokusai’s The Great Wave, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, and Maurizio Cattelan’s The Comedian, each one translated into a expertly crafted drink shaped by its emotion, detail and intent.

New Winter Menu

This winter at Bennelong, you’ll find dishes that bring together the comfort of winter dining with produce at its very best.

You might start with smoked pork jowl noodles with housemade XO, pippies and garlic aioli, then move onto Aquna Murray Cod, with young peas, pistachio, and  lemon and fennel pureé.

To finish, catch sweet greengage plum at its famously fleeting peak served with a pistachio choux, and sour cherry with dark chocolate and almond - two desserts that feel simple and seasonal, and a perfect finish to your dining experience.
