BOFFI, DE PADOVA, ADL

We would like to inform you that, by the end of the year, Boffi, De Padova and ADL will merge into a single corporate entity.

The merger represents a strategic step aimed at further consolidating the Way of Living project, first initiated with the acquisition of De Padova in 2015 and followed by the purchase of ADL in 2019. This course of action has allowed the Group to develop a comprehensive and integrated contemporary furniture offering marked by consistency and quality. 

Each brand will continue to express its distinctive identity and creative talents within its respective collections while the new corporate entity will operate under the name Boffi|DePadova.

This move allows greater efficiencies and operational synergies and fulfils the aim of accelerating the international development of the project.

Desideriamo informarvi che, entro la fine dell’anno, Boffi, De Padova e ADL confluiranno in un’unica entità societaria.

La fusione costituisce un passaggio strategico volto a consolidare ulteriormente il progetto Way of Living, avviato con l’acquisizione di De Padova nel 2015 e di ADL nel 2019. Questo percorso ha permesso al Gruppo di sviluppare un’offerta completa e integrata, capace di presidiare in modo coerente e di primo piano l’intero panorama dell’arredo contemporaneo.

Ciascun marchio continuerà a esprimere la propria identità distintiva e la propria forza creativa all’interno delle rispettive collezioni, mentre la nuova realtà aziendale assumerà la denominazione Boffi|DePadova.

L’operazione consentirà inoltre di ottenere maggiori efficienze e sinergie operative, con l’obiettivo di accelerare lo sviluppo del progetto su scala internazionale.
