Today feels a little different.

It’s December 25. Most of us aren’t shopping right now. We’re sitting a bit closer to the people we love. Sharing food. Sharing stories. Taking a breath after a long year.

So instead of selling you anything, I wanted to share something real.

Back in November, we received an email from one of our customers. It was long. Honest. Emotional. The kind of message you don’t skim. The kind you sit with.

I thought today might be the perfect day to read something like this. Something that reminds us why gifts matter in the first place.

Here is her message, exactly as she wrote it:

"Hello Brian,

I hope this email finds its way to you and your staff because I just had to express my heartfelt gratitude for your wonderful personalized gifts!

I am a repeat customer and I have always been extremely pleased with my purchases, however my last order was really special and I wanted to share the details with you.

You see, I ordered 2 identical mugs with 3 photos on each of them. The 3 pictures are of my daughter and her wife, documenting and celebrating their journey together this past year through cancer. Yes, they both had cancer. 2 different types, diagnosed and treated at the same time! Thankfully, I’m happy to share that they are almost done with treatment and both are considered to be in remission/cancer free!

In addition, it is their 5th wedding anniversary and so I wanted a very SPECIAL gift for them, one that was light-hearted but captured their beauty, courage, strength, resilience, and humor.

Your box arrived a few days ago and, as I was opening it, I was silently praying ‘Please let them be perfect.’ When I saw the first mug, I literally laughed and cried with delight!!! They are absolutely PERFECT and everything that I hoped they would be! I can’t wait to see the looks on my daughters’ faces when they open them on Thanksgiving.

THANK YOU for creating such a sweet and meaningful memento for my girls. You have blessed me and I know that they will treasure their mugs for many years to come.
