It Gets Better is more than just an organization. It's a global movement committed to a world where world all LGBTQ+ youth are free to live equally, connect to their communities, and know their power as individuals.

You'll hear more from us in the coming weeks and months, but in the meantime, there are a few things you can do to better support LGBTQ+ youth. 

  1. Educate Yourself: It Gets Better has thousands of videos, blog posts, educational resources and more — each with an important story to tell. Watch and share our videos and brush up on inclusive language and terminology with our LGBTQ+ glossary. The best advocates are informed advocates. 
  2. Follow Us on Social Media: See those icons below? Give your favorites a follow and get periodic mood boosts throughout your day.
  3. If You Haven't Already, Take the Pledge: More than 760,000 people have pledged to help make it better! Now it’s your turn to stand with LGBTQ+ youth! Take the pledge now!
