Two big names from the world of road cycling have recently retired, with Lizzie Deignan stepping out of the professional peloton in July and Geraint Thomas completing the 2025 Lloyds Tour of Britain Men as his final professional race.

Currently underway are the 2025 Cycle Speedway World Championships, with events across the Eastern region during September. Plus further afield the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships continue in Valais, Switzerland.
This weekend will see the National Championships and the fifth and final round of the Lloyds National Para-cycling and Disability Series take place at Cyclopark in Kent for two days of intense racing. On Saturday 13 September the tenth and final round of the National Grass Track series will get underway in Spalding, to crown the overall series winners. Next weekend it'll be the final two rounds of the 4X National Series at Twisted Oaks Mountain Bike Park in Ipswich. |
