We're moving onwards and upwards with the Butt Challenge; it's time to tackle 20 reps of each exercise for the next couple days.

As we keep adding more reps to the challenge, it's more important than ever to make the most of your rest day. As BuzzFeed Health has previously reported, a rest day isn't a missed opportunity for more exercise. It's an integral part of your overall exercise plan.
