Dear Partners,

Programming Update: As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure our work aligns with CZI’s mission as a science-focused philanthropy, we have made the difficult decision to wind down the Capacity Building Partners program offerings at the end of June 2025. 

Weekly training sessions will continue as planned through the end of June 2025. Looking ahead, CZI’s capacity building efforts will focus exclusively on supporting the CZI science ecosystem. We want to express our deep appreciation for the incredible work and partnership. Thank you for your participation, for your feedback, and for helping make this program successful in serving thousands of organizations over the last several years.

Upcoming Trainings: In the month of May we are excitedly partnering with LaCire for sessions on Organizational Operations. This series will support you and your staff in building systems and cultures that will ensure organizational success.

• Understand how to maintain and adapt business operations when facing significant internal or external changes

• Learn about change management frameworks that will help your organization plan for, implement, and follow through on new approaches

Advising

Current grantees are invited to sign up for up to four hours of advising with each of our trainers at any point in the year. Spots are limited and booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please consult this guide for clarity on advising parameters with our partners.
