This past week had a number of exceptional results – and, as always, hundreds of nail-biting auctions. I was especially thrilled to see a 2011 Aston Martin V12 Vantage with 12k miles and the rare 6-speed manual sell for $203,000 with no reserve. That's a huge number relative to automatic V12 Vantages, but well deserved given the rarity and driving enjoyment.

This week has some truly standout auctions. At the top of the list is a 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII with just 960 miles and no modifications. I reviewed this car on my YouTube channel and came away incredibly impressed by the raw feel and exceptional handling. This one is the nicest example I've ever seen, and I'm excited to see how the market values such a special car. Of course, don't miss the gated manual Murciélago live this week. I reviewed this car in 2023 and loved it – and I'm thrilled to see it back on Cars & Bids. The market has really begun to appreciate these rare manual, V12-powered Lamborghinis – and it should be a fun auction to watch.
