Upgrading your status in 2027 is easier than ever |
|

With the introduction of our new smooth status progression in 2027, your Status Points no longer reset to zero after each status upgrade. This means you can earn multiple status upgrades in a single year. | | | | | |

Upgrading to Silver status is easier than ever. As a Silver member, you can enjoy benefits such as: |

Access to our Business class lounges or partner airline lounges when flying with us |
|
• |
Priority check-in, boarding and baggage handling |
|
• |
Silver milestone benefit: Two lounge passes to our Business class lounges upon earning 450 Status Points | | | | | | |

Transitioning to our enhanced membership programme |
|

In preparation for the launch of our enhanced membership programme on 1 January 2027, all memberships will transition to a new standardised cycle in 2026.
What this means for you: | | | | | | | |

Your membership status and associated benefits will remain valid until your current expiry date shown in your account. |
|
• |
Any status earned or renewed within 2026 will remain valid through 31 December 2026. |

• |
Your membership status in 2027 will be based on the number of Status Points earned from 1 January to 31 December 2026. | | | | | | | | |

• |
Status Points rollover: If you earn more than 600 Status Points within 2026, you can roll over any excess points earned – up to 50% of the points required to qualify for your status in 2027 – into the 2027 membership cycle. | | | | | | |
