April 2026

Locking in

It’s the last mile, the homestretch, and we’re rooting for you: a whole team of learning strategists and peer mentors who want you to stay healthy, stay on track and breathe. Let’s cross that finish line with purpose and levity.

Quotation

Likening the semester to a marathon: knowing the terrain can help you pace yourself when you run a marathon, much like how knowing the high-intensity and low-intensity times of the semester can help you manage your effort and self-care, so you can maximize your academic potential.

KNOW YOURSELF, PACE YOURSELF

Quotation

Managing energy instead of time! Learning about daily cycles of energy and focus (ultradian rhythms) and doing tasks that require different types of energy at different times of day, depending on your natural energy levels.

Study Hubs are coworking sessions, led by trained volunteers, that help students get together and get work done. Students can sign up for any Hub that fits their schedule.

Grad Productivity Groups are drop-in sessions involving two forty-minute coworking bursts punctuated by a break. Students can sign up or come by at any convenient time.

Grad Writing Groups invite participants to share writing goals and commit to attending regularly. With multiple times to choose from, students can build a consistent routine.
