This interactive session is designed to help you partner with peers, discover upcoming funding opportunities, and empower your team through every step of your CF Foundation awards. New! PRIME Working Group Call for Membership Application. The mission of the CF Foundation Prioritizing Research in Mental Health (PRIME) Working Group is to advance our knowledge of mental health conditions in the CF population throughout the lifespan and promote clinical and translational research that will improve the understanding, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health concerns in CF. PRIME is a multi-disciplinary group and open to applications from (but not limited to) psychologists/neuropsychologists, psychiatrists and other physicians with an interest in CF mental health, social workers, basic/translational scientists, pharmacists, biostatisticians, or others with expertise that can contribute significantly to behavioral health clinical research. Researchers specializing in pain, neurocognition, substance use, and psychosocial aspects of aging are encouraged to apply. New! The 2025 Path to a Cure Collaborative RFA seeks highly innovative proposals to address critical barriers to the development and use of gene therapies in CF. The Collaborative grant program is intended to bring between two and four independent research programs together to address critical basic and translational questions in support of gene therapy development. Applications for this program require pre-approval and are due on November 20, 2025, for spring 2026 project initiation. New! Register now: Post-ETI Workshop Series. CFF is hosting the virtual Post-ETI Workshop Series, occurring in five parts from August through December 2025. The series aims to: Share important learnings of the large, international post-ETI studies; Bring clinical and basic researchers together to help build collaborations and share ideas on future work; Evaluate clinical end points and other outcome measures and their performance in post-ETI era studies; and identify unanswered questions and approaches to address them, including potential contributing mechanisms.

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Clinical Specimens and Resource Library: The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is creating a resource for investigators to connect about non-CF Foundation run-biobanks and labs from various institutions, widening the breadth of specimens and resources available for future research and collaboration.
