CMMB is bringing its Noncommunicable Disease Impact Initiative (NCDI) to Sierra Leone in partnership with Healey International Relief Foundation. Building on over a decade of collaboration through our Access to Medicines Program, this expansion will increase access to first-line treatment for diabetes and hypertension, two of the leading causes of death globally. Training for Impact in Mwandi, Zambia

In 2025, CMMB reached over 1.5 million people with access to healthcare and life-changing services—made possible by a global community of partners who share our vision. We're proud to spotlight two of them: Access to Health Zambia and the TRIMEDX Foundation. With support from CMMB's Access to Medicines and Volunteer Programs, TRIMEDX deployed three biomedical engineer volunteers to lead a week-long training at Zambia’s Mwandi Mission Hospital, servicing medical devices needed to support the region’s delivery of care.
