Beginning December 1^st, each day brings a new chocolate — it could be a buttery caramel, a tangy fruit dragée, a gingerbread truffle, a nutty bonbon layered with silky ganache … all made with our 70% chocolate. This year, we’re pairing the confections with a storybook featuring 25 tales of Nordic mythology, brought to life with illustrations by Danish artist Lisa Grue. Daily videos will explore each chocolate, while our science curator will explain the celestial side of each story, guiding our nightly stargazing.
