We use the real thing: prized Alphonso, the king of mangoes, grown on India's west coast and picked at the peak of a season that lasts barely ten weeks. Then we distil it in England into a vodka that actually tastes like the fruit it's named after. Two homelands, one ridiculously good bottle.
