Dishoom is a love letter to Bombay – its food and its culture, its many varied people, its rich history and its endless eccentricities. Inspired by the city’s Irani cafés, grills, street stalls and homes, we serve Bombay comfort food and first-class drinks, morning ’til late. Food that evokes fond memories – the simple joy of akuri and chai, the satisfying crackle of street-side vada pau, the rich aromas of slow-cooked biryanis. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon chai, dinner or late-night tipples – all are welcome.

Crown the table with a show-stopping centrepiece. Pre-order the whole Lamb Rack: slumbered overnight in raw papaya, yoghurt and humble spices, then roasted until blushingly pink. Adorned with pomegranate and a thrilling Kashmiri chilli sauce. £45. Suitable for 4–8 persons. Pre-at least three days ahead of your visit.
