Roast Level: Light Country of Origin: Kenya Tasting Notes: Blackberry, Jasmine, Grapefruit
The Barichu Farmer Cooperative Society runs the Gatomboya factory, a mill that serves 900-950 smallholder farmers. These farmers grow their coffee on small plots of land among macadamia, corn, bananas and beans.

Roast Level: Medium Country of Origin: Mexico Tasting Notes: Pastry, Creme, Simple Syrup
Mafafas is a small cluster of ejidos — tight-knit communities of 30-50 people — located in the highlands of Veracruz.

Roast Level: Light Country of Origin: Colombia Tasting Notes: Melon, Mango, Apricot
This exciting blend is a combination of three coffees: Sebastian Ramirez Pink Bourbon, Edinson Argote Thermal Shock Sidra, and Las Perlitas Chiroso.

The Sahuayaco community grows coffee one hour from Cusco's Santa Teresa capital under shade, encouraging slow cherry maturation and natural pest control.

Roast Level: Dark Country of Origin: Peru + Papua New Guinea + Ecuador Tasting Notes: Baking Spices, Dark Chocolate, Burnt Sugar
This blend combines three outstanding coffees: the Peru Namballe, Papua New Guinea AAAK Cooperative, and Ecuador Finca La Josephina Sidra.
