Coffee Spotlight: Balanced Profile
Light Roast Melon, Mango, Apricot
Our Balanced profile this month features a delicious blend of three coffees from Colombia: the Sebastian Ramirez Pink Bourbon, the Edinson Argote Sidra, and the Las Perlitas Chiroso. These three spectacular coffees come together to form a cohesive blend that tastes like melon, mango and apricot. Fun fact: all the varietals featured in this blend (pink bourbon, sidra, and chiroso) are rare varietals!

Coffee Spotlight: Bold Profile
Medium-Dark Roast Brown Sugar, Butter, Toast
This coffee comes from the Santa Teresa region in Cusco β and area in Peru that is becoming more well-known for producing high-quality specialty lots. This particular coffee is shade-grown β a method that slows cherry maturation, producing dense, juicy coffee, as well as providing natural pest control, making pesticides less necessary. This coffee was produced by 70 families, all contributing coffee from their two-hectare farms.
These coffees are available for purchase until August 6th. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
