I got a lot of questions and emails about these. They’re the ones I’m wearing at the start of this video - they’re taffeta, and they’re great, and they come in a handful of colors. I love the structure and the shine—they’re fancy AND comfortable. Chan Luu, $245
FUN AND SPORTY SUNGLASSES

I also wore some very silly, very sporty sunglasses in that video (which I LOVE!!!) and they’ve sent me down a kick of looking for more sporty shades. I really wanted this pair from Phoebe Philo, but I think the arms are way too wide. But I love LOVE these, these are less sporty, but still terrific. I really like these, and these. But the ultimate are these, a collaboration between Zankov and Selima Optique on the Carolyn frame (Carolyn Bessette’s preferred shape).
A TRULY GREAT LIP BALM

Lip balm fans! I have a new one, and it’s really really good!!!! So good, in fact, that I’ve only been using it once a day, and for the rest of the day I can kind of forget about lip stuff (normally I’m always hyper-aware of where my lip balm is and how I can get to it). A CULT FAVORITE MOISTURIZER

This moisturizer, which is under $50, has gotten a zillion awards and whatevers for being great. I got it as part of a press mailing a few weeks ago and…surprise! It is great. It’s too early to tell if it’s really going to lift and firm (which I think you can’t do with a cream…but…), however my skin looks brighter, bouncier, and feels very soft. It also doesn’t make the pores on my nose look massively bigger. I also love this gel cream for a straight up basic moisturizer and barrier cream. InnBeauty, $48

ISN’T IT PERFECT??? It’s a shirt and a skirt, it’s Kallmeyer, and it’s gorgeous.
THIS NIPPLE COVER & BOOB TAPE
I recently was with some gals I know, and we were talking about nipples and clothes and how essential nipple covers and boob tape are. If you have a wedding coming up (or if you want to team up with a bunch of friends to get a deal on stuff like this) Nood is currently running a promotion to help make these things less expensive. Tinted skincare things always entice me—I love a multi-use product! This one, which is a beautiful undereye concealer with Augustinus Bader’s skin formula built into it is terrific. A WONDERFULLY AGGRESSIVELY UGLY SHOE

I said my old double strap Miu Miu ballerinas were called “aggressively ugly” by my mother when I bought them. These give me a similar feeling, and are great. I think they’re a 10/10. Simone Rocha, $640
