We’re updating our Loyalty Program Rules, including related updates to our Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy to reflect these and other changes (our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Return Policy and Loyalty Program Rules are collectively “Terms”). We are making these updates as we make changes to serve you better.
These updated Terms will go into effect for existing users on June 26, 2026.
Here’s a summary of the changes, but we encourage you to review the updated Terms in full and retain copies for your records. Tier status and how many points you earn per dollar spent, are not changing.
Changes to spending points earned: Points will be available to be redeemed for a reward in 500 point increments (500 points=$5 reward). Once sufficient points have been earned the you may choose to redeem them for points to be applied at the time a purchase is made, replacing the quarterly issuance of reward certificates. Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned; The maximum amount of points you may redeem at one time is 5,000)
Changes to Loyalty Program Enrollment: By creating a website account you are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards Program. If you do not want to participate in the Program but do wish to maintain a site account, contact Customer Service.
Changes to the return and refund policy: Free returns are no longer offered for any loyalty tier. If merchandise purchased using Points is returned in accordance with the Return Policy, Points used for the purchase generally will be reinstated to your loyalty account rather than refunded in cash.

The updated Website Terms of Use include a binding arbitration provision, class action waiver, and jury trial waiver that affect your legal rights. Your continued use of EddieBauer.com after the Effective date will be subject to, and constitute your acceptance of, the updated Terms.
