EDMONTON OILERS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION REACHES RECORD 65,449 KIDS ACROSS OIL COUNTRY IN 2025

  • $11.5 million distributed to 85 charities in 139 communities
  • An additional $11.9 million committed through 2030

The Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation (EOCF) is proud to share its 2025 Impact Results, highlighting a year of record community impact across Oil Country, made possible by the best fans in the league, the EOCF’s longstanding partners, and the broader community.

"Behind these numbers are 65,449 individual stories across Oil Country: the newcomer family in Grande Prairie experiencing hockey for the first time, the young girl in Red Deer discovering her passion on the ice, the child with disabilities in Lloydminster finding belonging in sport," said Corey Smith, EOCF Board Chair. "We're breaking down barriers and building community from Edmonton to every corner of Oil Country."

The Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation is celebrating its 25th Anniversary with a Donation Matching Campaign, matching donations up to $1 million until March 31, putting $2 million directly back into the community. All you need to do is donate a minimum of $25 to the cause that matters most to you, and your contribution will be doubled, increasing the impact for 22 Oil Country charities across six pillars of giving.
