What is the WNBA Draft?
The WNBA Draft is an annual event where teams select new players, mainly from college or international leagues, to join their rosters. Eligible players are typically 22 or older or have completed four years of college. The draft order is set by a lottery for the worst-performing teams, and picks can be traded. It includes three rounds, with one pick per team each round. The draft is key to adding fresh talent and strengthening our team.
