It's back. Goose Island Shamrock Stout has once again been aged for a full year in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, then finished with peppermint, cocoa nibs, and vanilla. This extended aging brings forward smooth notes of oak and bourbon, while the cocoa nibs and vanilla add depth and subtle sweetness. Mark your calendar for pre-sale on Wednesday, 2/25, at 10AM CST. Pre-sale is available at the Goose Island Taproom and Goose Island Salt Shed Pub.
