Grown by Doña Duglas Molina at her farm, El Cielo, in Chiapas, Mexico, Spark is a light roast that's vibrant, balanced, and easy to come back to. Notes of tamarind, cashew, and milk chocolate come together in a cup that's bright without being overpowering and sweet from the first sip to the last. Beyond the flavors, Spark is part of Café Delas, a program that supports women coffee producers through education, technical assistance, and direct financial premiums. It's a coffee we're proud to roast and even happier to share.
