Lunar New Year Blend has been out for a bit now, and as we’ve spent more time brewing it, this is the way we keep coming back to it.
As an espresso, the blend opens with asoft vanilla sweetness, followed by gentle cinnamon warmth through the middle of the cup, and finishes with a clean grapefruit note that keeps everything feeling balanced rather than heavy. The texture is full and creamy, with enough lift at the end to stay lively without turning sharp.
