Cacao, Caramel, Poached Pear

This release is the result of a unique collaboration with our friends at Treaty Oak Distillery. We started with a bright, fruit-forward Colombian coffee grown high in the hills of Huila. Before roasting, we aged the green coffee in a real bourbon barrel for four days—just long enough to infuse it with soft oak, warm spice, and a hint of lingering sweetness.

The final cup brings together the coffee’s natural clarity with rich notes of cacao, caramel, and poached pear. It’s balanced, expressive, and totally one of a kind. And like all our offerings, this coffee is freshly roasted to order, never pre-bagged or sitting on shelves.
