We just roasted what will be the final batch of this lot from Nestor Lasso’s El Diviso farm, and we’re excited to share it while it’s here.
This washed Java from Pitalito is layered and aromatic, bringing dried fruit sweetness, cooling mint chocolate, and warm spice into a structured, elegant cup. It’s a coffee that reflects both Nestor’s meticulous fermentation work and the innovation that continues to define El Diviso.
