Our Spring Special is a celebration of wild garlic season. We’ve partnered with Belazu, a British born ingredient company, founded in 1991 by Fred & George. Their Wild Garlic Pesto is made here in the UK using the abundance of bright green leaves you’ll find lining riversides and woodlands each spring.
The burger is a powerhouse of bright and punchy flavours, featuring wild garlic pesto, mature Cheddar, dry-cured smoked bacon, rocket & pickles.
You can choose to have this burger with our classic beef patty, double smashed beef or fried chicken. All our burgers come with homemade rosemary chips as standard, or a green salad or seasonal slaw if you prefer.
