Greek Easter, ANZAC Day and a milestone worth marking

April is here, and there's plenty to celebrate


This month brings Greek Easter at Etheus, a five-year milestone for Hinchliff House celebrated at Grana, and if you haven't made your way to Vitellis Upstairs yet, now's the time, we'd love to see you there.

 

 

Here's what's happening across the group this month worth marking in the calendar.

Have you saved your seat for Greek Easter? Join us at Etheus on Sunday 12 April for a feast shaped by tradition and generosity with our $110pp shared menu designed for the occasion, with plenty to pass around.

 

Start the afternoon with a game of tsougrisma — the cracking of red eggs — before settling into a long, generous table of Spanakopita, lamb Kleftiko and Yemista, carried through to a sweet finish of  Loukoumades.

Fresh pasta, made daily. That's been our promise since day one at Grana, and five years on, it still is.

 

Half a decade at Hinchliff House means we've had the privilege of becoming part of this neighbourhood, a place people come back to with friends, family, and for the moments that matter. That doesn't happen without you, and we want to mark it properly.

 

Throughout April, we're celebrating with a few small extras: a complimentary Limoncello from our friends at Manly Spirits to close out your meal, and a five-year chocolate Delizia torta available to order with your reservation or in venue.

We're opening the doors from 10am on 25 April this ANZAC Day at The Carrington. Sausage sizzle, cold beers, live music and a DJ in the courtyard, then at midday Carmen Geddit brings the energy to the 2UP ring.
