The Lana Chef Series returns this May

Each evening a one-night-only collaboration between Alex Wong and the Lana culinary team featuring award winning guest chefs who present a shared menu, shaped by the season and the people behind it.

The first collaboration is here where Mika Chae, Exectuive Chef of Melbourne's Doju brings his Korean heritage to the table.
