We're writing to let you know that we're updating how our loyalty program (aka Hushbucks) operates. Rest assured, you're not losing any of the Hushbucks you've accumulated, but we will change how points are earned and redeemed (spoiler alert: you'll get more than before).

This change will happen in approximately two weeks, on April 1st or 2nd. As we work behind the scenes to make these changes, there will be a brief period during these days where you cannot redeem your Hushbucks. However, you'll still be able to accumulate them. During this transition, you will not be required to take any action. Just sit back, and we'll take care of the rest.
