Every product starts with the same question: what do runners need and what do our retail partners need to better serve them?

For this project, the answer was a more supportive everyday running shoe than our current lineup, with increased cushioning and stability built for daily miles.

DEVELOPMENT

From there, the focus shifted to materialization. How to create a shoe that delivers comfort and support without excess stretch under impact.

The upper needed greater strength, durability, and structure. The solution was an engineered warp-knit construction, designed to provide a secure, stable fit while maintaining breathability.

To reinforce the upper, we developed a 100% bio-based monofilament yarn, a world-first application that improves lockdown and upper stability.

Working alongside our midsole supplier, we also increased the bio-based content while improving rebound. The result is Hyperbolt+, a more responsive compound that delivers greater energy return.

For stability, our ESS guidance technology was integrated directly into the midsole. This allows us to deliver structured support without relying on bulky external components, while rubber wrap-ups add density and reinforcement where it’s needed most.

03. TESTING & VALIDATION

Every claim needs proof.

The shoe was validated with RunRepeat to confirm best-in-class rebound. Stability guidance for pronation was confirmed through wear testing and gait analysis.
Multiple rounds of testing—including wear testing, lab testing, and FGT (finished goods testing)—ensured the final product performs exactly as intended.
