FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., June 29, 2026 – Hyundai Motor America secured a second-place finish at the LP Building Solutions 120 at The Glen on June 27, 2026. This strong result at New York’s legendary Watkins Glen International road course extends the automaker’s season-long 2026 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge (IMPC) podium streak, maintaining the brand’s position in both the Drivers’ and Manufacturers’ Championships.
The No. 33 Hope on Wheels Hyundai Elantra N TCR, driven by Mason Filippi and Bryson Morris, secured second after running in podium contention throughout the 120-minute race. All four Hyundai entries improved their positions relative to qualifying despite multiple cautions and on-track incidents on the 3.4-mile, 11-turn circuit.

Hyundai Hope on Wheels
For the third-consecutive season, Hyundai Hope on Wheels is donating $100 for every lap led by a Hyundai vehicle during the 2026 season. Following the Watkins Glen race, Hyundai contributed $5,000 to the Roswell Park Oishei Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Program. Through four races, Hyundai Hope on Wheels has raised $50,300 in support of pediatric cancer research and treatment programs.
