We get asked a lot: why cold brew? So today we’re pulling back the curtain on Revive — where the idea came from, what it took to make it real, and why it matters to us.

Every time Danielle and I picked up a cold brew at the store, we’d flip it over and find the same thing:

We just wanted a cold brew that was clean. Something we could pour over ice and customize however we wanted — our milk, our sweetener, our way. Or just drink it black, because the coffee itself was good enough to stand on its own.

That’s the idea that became Revive.

Simple doesn’t mean easy. Here’s what the journey actually looked like:

What you see now with Revive is truly a labor of love. Clean, simple, low-acid cold brew — regeneratively grown in Santa María de Dota, Costa Rica. Nothing hidden. Nothing unnecessary. Just coffee, done right.
