I have a morning routine. It’s a breakfast I have been eating nearly every day for the past two years.
It started because I wanted to put the maximum levels of good things for my body into this bowl – anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, immunity-boosting (does this philosophy sound familiar?).
Here's what's in the bowl: yogurt, chia seeds, oats, protein powder, acai and sea buckthorn berries, walnuts, whatever fruit I have. And after my tea, I enjoy a mug of mushroom coffee.
Somewhere along the way I realized that essentially everything I put in my morning bowl is also in our formulas. This is not as a coincidence, because these ingredients work from both directions.
