A little note from me. The actual me, not the shop.

Recently I've been asking some of my customers asking for some feedback about my brand, and the replies have honestly been so kind they made my entire YEAR. One said the pyjamas were "Like wearing a little piece of art" which might have been the biggest compliment of all time. I've read every one.

But a few people also told me something harder to hear, and I'm so glad they did because in a way, it matters more. That a parcel took far too long. That an email went unanswered. That an order had to be chased when it should simply have arrived. If that's ever been your experience of us, I'm truly sorry. It's not the Karen Mabon I want to hand you, and I've taken it to heart.

So here's my promise, plainly. I've rebuilt the way we ship around the world, so your parcel moves faster and doesn't get stuck. I've made sure a real person answers your email properly, and quickly. And we're working through every outstanding order right now. If you're still waiting on something, just reply to this note and I'll chase it myself!

Now, the lovely part. The prints so many of you have been asking me to bring back… are back, on pre-order.Bull in a China Shop! Crufts! Fancy Dress cats and dogs! Hand-drawn, on organic cotton, made in the numbers I promise and no more.

And I'm still asking, because I read every answer myself. If you have a spare minute, I'd love to know what you love, what could be inproved, and what you'd like me to draw next. As a small thank you, I'll send you £25 to spend on your next £150.

Thank you for staying with me. We're a small team pouring a lot of love into every parcel, and there's a real person reading every reply.

WHAT I'M LOVING THIS WEEK...

Our new kids collection is live at Harrods! Available to shop online and there are even more prints in store.
This Summer I'm so excited to be hosting an event at the Edinburgh International Book Festival! You can book tickets here, hope to meet some of you there!
Our new silk dresses are launching very soon! I have been living in my Alpine Leopards print one which is currently available with our lovely London based stockist Caroline Randall.
I managed to squeeze in a visit to the Cecil Beaton exhibition at the Garden Musuem in London. I personally think more museums should have a terrifyingly narrow spire you can climb at your own risk. Cecil Beaton grew every plant in his own garden from seed, a true lesson in patience and delayed gratification.
